Part Details:
Most aftermarket intake pipes and custom plenums don’t come with a port for an air temp sensor. The Haltech Aluminum Weld Fitting is a 3/8 NPT 18TPI bung that welds into an aluminum intake pipe or plenum, giving the sensor a proper threaded port to screw into.
It’s made to suit Haltech’s large thread air temp sensor (HT-010202), which uses the same 3/8 NPT 18TPI thread. Haltech products are sold for off-road and competition use only and are not legal for use on public roads in emissions controlled vehicles.
