Wrench Masters is considered an essential business and will remain open until we are instructed otherwise.

In an effort to continue to be socially distant and to keep our employees, our families, and our customers safe, we have implemented the following procedures at Wrench Masters:

• Please call us at 727-565-9808 before dropping off a vehicle so we can discuss any concerns and the work that needs to be done over the phone instead of in person. Please again call us when you are down the street to drop your vehicle off and we will tell you where to leave your keys and vehicle upon arrival to minimize contact as much as possible.
• As always, we will call you with all updates on your vehicle, but we will now be requesting payment over the phone prior to pick up. If you need to pay by means other than a credit/debt card over the phone, we can make those arrangements.
• Please again call us when you are down the street so that we can place your keys in a secure spot for pick up. We will also let you know where to find the invoice that needs your signature and where to leave it upon signing.

Our goal is to not have any client waiting in the waiting area for a vehicle repair, so we are asking that you coordinate someone to help you drop off and pick up your vehicle. If you do not have that option, please call us to discuss other arrangements.

We are also taking the following measures behind the scenes:

• All employees are wearing gloves while working on client vehicles;
• We are using steering wheel covers and seat covers in client vehicles;
• We are repeatedly wiping down keys with disinfectant wipes as well as frequently touched surfaces in the office; and
• We are having all vendor drop-offs occur in a designated area with no contact.
