*Mail in Check/Money Order, however parts and services will not begin until funds have been cleared, which could cause delays with your order. All customers receive an invoice.

Yes, customers are welcome to pick up their performance parts at the shop, after the items arrive from our warehouse.

Yes, Wrench Masters carries all the major performance brands for domestic, import and euro enthusiasts. Since there are THOUSANDS of products available on the market, we’re not able to list every single product. We try to populate our website with the most popular items. If you can’t find a specific product, contact us, or fill out the parts request form below and we’ll try to get a hold of it for you along with the best price possible.

Yes, we will price match the advertised price from a competitor and authorized dealer. *restrictions may apply

To request a price match, please e-mail us the link to the page where the advertisement is found along with your shipping address. If we can verify that the price is correct, we will beat or match the price.

Price matching does NOT apply to online auction sites such as eBay, Craigslist, etc.

If you created an account during your purchase, please log in to your account. Your order status and tracking information will be visible after you log in.

If you checked out as a guest and did not register or create an account, all updates and tracking information will be emailed directly to you, with the purchase email address.

WrenchMastersAuto.com ships your performance parts safely, quickly and conveniently nationwide via the most trusted shipping carriers such as: UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and DHL.

No. We currently only ship within the Continental United States.

Most in stock performance parts on our web store usually ship within 24-48 hours.

Custom orders, such as coilovers and engines, can take 2-4 weeks to be built and ship. Please email: Parts@WrenchMastersAuto.com or eall: 727-565-9808 for questions prior to ordering.

Also, please note delivery times are dependent on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

If you created an account during your purchase, your tracking information will be emailed to you and also visible in your “My Account” after you log in.

If you checked out as a guest and did not register or create an account,  tracking information will be emailed directly to you. We strongly encourage all guests to create an account.

Currently, orders over $199 qualify for free shipping within the continental US. We use Standard Ground shipping (3-7 days) shipping for our free shipping promotions.

Returns

Your product returns questions and concerns answered.

If you’re unsatisfied with your order for any reason, the Wrench Masters team will do everything possible to correct the situation to your complete satisfaction. However, please be advised and aware of our Return & Exchange policy below:

Please inspect items immediately when received. Read conditions below carefully before inquiring about returns and exchanges.

Returns:

  • All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The restocking fee covers the cost of our order processing and restocking process. If you wish to retain store credit, the restocking fee may be waived. Please inquire for details.
  • Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. Contact us for a RMA# (Return Merchandize Authorization) and specify your reason for return. All return inquiries must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your RMA#.
  • Returned items must be in brand new condition in original packaging.
  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order items.
  • Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 days.

Exchanges:

  • Please contact us if inquiring about an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to second shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on the order. If a mistake was made by Wrench Masters LLC, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange as seamless as possible.

Please call our staff ASAP at 727-565-9808 during our office hours to cancel an order. Do not assume we will see your e-mail in time as we get hundreds of e-mail messages per day. We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order.

Due to the cost of processing refunds, there will be a 5% cancellation fee on all orders placed but canceled prior to shipping. This does not apply to returns & exchanges. Please refer to returns & exchanges if your order has already shipped.

Your order must be confirmed as cancelled by an Wrench Masters team member if it has not shipped from our warehouse, the manufacturer or distributor. Once confirmed, you will be issued a credit or refund minus cancellation fees within 7-10 business days.

All products carry the Manufacturer’s warranty. Wrench Masters is a distributor/reseller of these items and does not manufacture parts in any way. In the unfortunate event of any product failure, Wrench Masters will do our best to get you a new product if it is warrantied as soon as possible by the respective manufacturer.
