The factory rubber grommet supporting the top mount intercooler softens and deteriorates over time, allowing the intercooler to shift and vibrate more than intended. This COBB Isolator Bushing replaces it with an EPDM rubber bushing rated at 65 durometer, slightly firmer than the factory piece while still maintaining genuine vibration isolation, built to outlast the soft factory rubber for the life of the car.
Each bushing includes a machined 6061 aluminum center sleeve, allowing the included bolt to secure everything firmly in place without over-compressing the bushing itself. Finished in titanium gray anodizing with COBB “C” logos laser etched around the outer ring.
