Part Details:
This bushing mounts the forward alloy differential support (pinion crossmember), a different mounting point than COBB’s Rear Differential Subframe Mount Bushing Insert or Transmission Crossmember Isolator Kit. All three can be run together for a complete driveline mount upgrade.
The factory rubber bushing at the forward pinion crossmember mount allows a real amount of torque twist under hard acceleration, letting the rear differential shift and flex rather than putting power straight to the pavement. This COBB Rear Differential Pinion Crossmember Mount Bushing replaces that soft factory piece with a specially formulated 85A durometer polyurethane bushing, mounting the differential more securely and safely while reducing torque twist so power gets down to the wheels quicker, all without the harshness typically associated with harder mounts.
Unaffected by extreme temperatures, oils, water, or coolant, and built to outlast the factory rubber for the life of the car.
