AEM’s 340LPH E85-Compatible High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump features robust internal construction designed to withstand the low lubricity characteristics of ethanol and methanol fuels. Each pump is tested for compatibility with ethanol fuels up to E100, methanol fuels up to M100, and all types of gasoline.

With a compact short-body design measuring 65mm in length and integrated mounting hooks, this fuel pump is well suited for universal applications where fuel tank space and clearances are limited.

Application Overview

This fuel pump is designed for in-tank mounting on high-performance naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles. Its compact 39mm diameter fits most applications, while the offset inlet design helps simplify installation in a wide range of fuel tank configurations.

Important Installation & Compatibility Notes

• Pre filter fitment: The included universal pre filter may not fit all vehicle applications.
  Refer to OEM recommendations for proper filter replacement.
• Electrical requirements: Factory fuel pump wiring may not be sufficient to handle the current draw of AEM high flow fuel pumps.
  Refer to the Electrical Requirements section in the instructions document for proper wiring guidance.

• Electrical polarity: Ensure the polarity of the electrical plug inside the fuel tank is correct if reused.
  If polarity is incorrect, the connector must be re-pinned or the supplied plug should be used.
• Application sizing: Although AEM high flow fuel pumps share physical dimensions with many OEM fuel pumps,
  they may not be suitable for every application. Verify fuel pump sizing for your specific vehicle before purchasing.
• No tank modification: AEM does not approve or condone modification of the fuel tank to accommodate a high flow fuel pump
  and cannot guarantee performance or operation if modifications are made.
