The IAG 600 Ball Bearing Turbocharger is a bolt-on turbo upgrade designed for the 2022+ Subaru WRX equipped with the FA24F engine. Comparable in size and performance to the Garrett G25-660, this turbo steps up airflow significantly over the factory unit while maintaining the everyday drivability that makes the WRX a practical performance car. With the right supporting mods and a proper tune, it is capable of supporting up to 600 crank horsepower.

The compressor wheel is CNC-machined billet aluminum with a 54mm inducer and 67mm exducer, paired with a 54mm inducer and 49mm exducer turbine wheel. This wheel combination moves considerably more air than the factory turbo and is housed in a 9.5cm turbine housing optimized for increased airflow and efficiency without sacrificing boost response. The turbine wheel and housing are rated up to 1,050°C for sustained high-heat operation. Every IAG 600 Turbo is VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) balanced to minimize vibration, reduce noise, and prevent premature bearing wear at high shaft speeds.

IAG’s own proven dyno results on a 2022 WRX test vehicle with a stock engine, ETS catback and J-pipe, COBB front mount intercooler, Redline intake, upgraded in-tank fuel pump, and an IAG Spec high-pressure fuel pump by Nostrum, with custom tuning via COBB Accessport, produced 374 WHP and 376 WTQ on 93 octane and 450 WHP and 401 WTQ on E60 fuel. With a built engine and full supporting mods, the IAG 600 is capable of supporting up to 600 BHP.

Important Note: Tuning is REQUIRED for this turbo. Do not install without a proper tune. This turbo bolts directly into the factory location and comes with the IAG Electronic Wastegate pre-installed — there is no need to transfer the factory actuator or source additional components.
