AEM’s 340LPH High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump is designed for high-performance naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles, delivering reliable fuel delivery and high flow capacity at a competitive price point.

This fuel pump is engineered for in-tank mounting and gasoline applications. Its compact 39mm diameter fits most fuel pump housings, while the offset inlet design helps simplify installation across a wide range of vehicles.

Performance Overview

The AEM 340LPH High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump (PN 50-1000) flows 340 LPH (84 GPH) at 40 PSI and is capable of supporting over 1,000 horsepower at 43 PSI, depending on system configuration.

Important Installation & Compatibility Notes

• Pre filter fitment: The included universal pre filter may not fit all vehicle applications.
  Refer to OEM recommendations for proper filter replacement.
• Electrical requirements: Factory fuel pump wiring may not be sufficient to handle the current draw of AEM high flow fuel pumps.
  Refer to the Electrical Requirements section in the instructions document for proper wiring guidance.

• Electrical polarity: Ensure the polarity of the electrical plug inside the fuel tank is correct if reused.
  If polarity is incorrect, the connector must be re-pinned or the supplied plug should be used.
• Application sizing: Although AEM high flow fuel pumps share physical dimensions with many OEM fuel pumps,
  they may not be suitable for every application. Always verify fuel pump sizing for your specific vehicle before purchasing.
• No tank modification: AEM does not approve or condone modification of the fuel tank to accommodate a high flow fuel pump
  and cannot guarantee performance or operation if modifications are made.

electrical voltage, and overall system capacity.
