Specifications
Part Details:
This kit pairs the Haltech PD16 power distribution module with its 5M flying lead harness, so the PDM and the wiring to install it come together in one order. The PD16 replaces fuses and relays with programmable, monitored outputs. It connects to a Haltech Elite or Nexus ECU over CAN, so fuel pumps, fans, water pumps and other high draw circuits are controlled and logged from the same software used to tune the engine.
The flying lead harness uses TXL wire with the main connector pre-terminated and an integrated CAN connector. The other ends are left open, ready to be run to each circuit and terminated to suit the build. The PD16 is built to work with a Haltech ECU and does not function as a stand-alone PDM. Haltech products are sold for off-road and competition use only and are not legal for use on public roads in emissions controlled vehicles.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s a flying lead harness?
A harness with the PD16 connector already terminated on one end and open wires on the other, so each lead can be cut to length and connected to the circuit it powers.
Can the PD16 run on its own?
No. It’s designed to work with a Haltech Elite or Nexus ECU and does not function as a stand-alone PDM.
Should I get this or the PD16 on its own?
This kit suits builds starting the wiring from scratch. The PD16 on its own (HT-198000) suits builds that already have a harness or are making a fully custom one.
Is the PD16 street legal?
No. Haltech sells its products for off-road and competition vehicles only.
