The DBA 4000 Series T3 is DBA’s most advanced one-piece rotor, built on the foundation of their proven T2 slot design with additional precision CNC machined tri-symmetrical slots for an even quieter, smoother, more responsive brake pedal feel. The added slot geometry increases the number of exit points for brake pad friction dust and gases, keeping the pad surface cleaner and more consistent under hard, repeated use.
Cast from XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron and Thermal Stability Profiled to handle the stress and heat of intense braking time after time, the rotor features DBA’s patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation, 144 diamond and teardrop patterned pillars delivering up to a 30 percent increase in surface area and a 20 percent improvement in cooling efficiency over a traditional straight vane design. A true direct OE replacement, this rotor bolts straight on with no mechanical changes required.
