The Clutch Masters FX350 Clutch Kit is a high-performance street clutch designed for 2015–2021 Subaru WRX FA20 6-speed owners who have pushed beyond what the factory clutch can handle. With 110% increased holding capacity over OEM and a torque rating of 480 ft/lbs, the FX350 is built for WRX owners running forced induction upgrades, aggressive tuning, or who drive the car hard on a regular basis.
The FX350 uses the Power Plus I Heavy Duty pressure plate paired with a Fiber-Tough full face Kevlar disc. This disc material delivers significantly more holding power than the FX100 or FX200 while still maintaining smooth, street-friendly engagement. The result is a clutch that handles more power and abuse without the chatter and harshness associated with full ceramic discs.
Important Note — 2018 Split Year: 2018 is a split year for the Subaru WRX. This kit (15020-HDFF) fits 2015–2017 WRX models and 2018 WRX models with a VIN number BEFORE J*806877. If your 2018 WRX has a VIN beginning with J*806877 or later, you need kit 15915-HDFF instead. If you are unsure which kit applies to your vehicle, contact us before ordering. Flywheel is not included. This kit requires an OEM style flywheel or a Clutch Masters flywheel. Kevlar discs require a strict 500 to 750 mile break-in period.

2018 is a split year. This kit fits 2018 WRX models with a VIN number that comes BEFORE J*806877. If your VIN begins with J*806877 or later, you need kit 15915-HDFF. Contact us if you are unsure.
Does this kit include a flywheel?
No. A flywheel is not included. This kit requires an OEM style flywheel or a Clutch Masters flywheel. Other brand flywheels are not compatible.
Is there a break-in period?
Yes. Kevlar clutch discs require a strict 500 to 750 mile break-in period. Follow Clutch Masters break-in guidelines carefully after installation.
Is the FX350 street drivable?
Yes. The Fiber-Tough Kevlar disc maintains smooth, progressive engagement unlike ceramic discs. Some chatter may occur but it is significantly less than ceramic options, making this a practical choice for daily driven WRX builds.
Is this suitable for a stock WRX?
This kit is designed for WRX owners who have outgrown the factory clutch through power upgrades, forced induction modifications, or aggressive driving habits. For stock or mildly modified vehicles, the FX100 or FX200 may be a better fit.
