The COBB Titanium Cat-Back Exhaust is a premium exhaust system engineered to deliver reduced weight, refined sound, and exceptional build quality for the 2022–2025 Subaru WRX (VB). Constructed entirely from titanium, this system offers outstanding corrosion resistance, durability, and a significant weight reduction compared to the factory exhaust.
Grade 1 titanium tubing and flanges are used throughout the system, while Grade 2 titanium is employed for the exhaust hangers to provide added strength in high-stress areas. All welds are back-purged during fabrication to ensure long-term integrity and consistent quality. Slip-fit connections are used across the system, allowing precise adjustment during installation.
At the front, the exhaust connects using a pressed titanium flange that mates with the factory donut gasket for a compliant, leak-free fitment. From there, 3-inch tubing routes to a Y-section before transitioning into dual 2.5-inch pipes feeding custom straight-through titanium mufflers. The mufflers feature a perforated core design that delivers a balanced exhaust tone without unnecessary restriction.
The system exits through dual titanium tips with a hand-burnt blue finish, adding a distinctive visual touch at the rear of the vehicle. Each tip is adjustable via slip-fit connections and finished with a 3.5-inch slant cut. Because the tips are individually hand-burnt, slight color variation may occur. For a more understated appearance, brushed titanium tips are available separately.
Weighing approximately 25 lbs assembled, this exhaust system is nearly 30% lighter than the factory setup—improving both performance potential and overall vehicle balance.
