The DBA Street Series T2 Slotted Front Brake Rotor is an entry-level performance rotor designed for the 2015–2021 Subaru WRX with standard steel calipers. Engineered and quality assured in Australia, the T2 Street Series is built for daily drivers who want improved braking performance over stock without stepping into a race-oriented setup.
The T2 bi-symmetrical slot design is the core of what makes this rotor perform better than a standard blank rotor. The curved slots dampen vibration harmonics to reduce brake noise, provide even pad wear, and assist in evacuating friction dust and gases from the pad contact surface — improving pad bite and reducing brake fade. The non-directional slot design eliminates the need for separate left and right rotors, simplifying installation.
The Kangaroo Paw ventilation system uses 144 diamond and teardrop pillar vents to maximize airflow between the rotor surfaces, significantly improving heat dissipation and reducing the risk of warping under repeated heavy braking. CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) machine turning delivers tight tolerances that minimize disc thickness variation, reducing the risk of brake judder and pedal pulsation over time.
Important Note: Sold individually — add 2 to cart for a complete front set. This rotor fits 2015–2021 WRX models with standard steel calipers only. Not compatible with WRX models equipped with the Performance Package Brembo calipers.

Will this fit my WRX if it has the Brembo Performance Package?
No. This rotor is designed for WRX models with standard steel calipers only. WRX models with the Performance Package Brembo calipers require a different rotor fitment. Contact us if you are unsure which calipers your WRX has.
Is this a left or right specific rotor?
No. The T2 bi-symmetrical non-directional slot design means this rotor can be installed on either side without any differences in performance.
Do I need to bed in these rotors?
Yes. A proper rotor and pad bed-in procedure is recommended after installation to transfer an even friction layer onto the rotor surface for optimal braking performance and longevity.
Can I pair these with any brake pad?
Yes. These rotors are compatible with any quality iron or metal brake pad compound. For best results, pair with a matched performance pad such as the Hawk HPS 5.0 or EBC Redstuff.
